Asolo Prosecco Superiore Dry Millesimato shows a brilliant greenish yellow
color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent
perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which
start with hints of pear, apple and wistaria followed by aromas of citrus
fruits, pineapple, broom, peach, tangerine and hawthorn. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, pleasing sweetness. The finish is
persistent with flavors of pear, apple and pineapple. Asolo Prosecco
Superiore Dry Millesimato is produced with the Charmat method. |
