This wine shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of intense pink,
transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas of black
cherry, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and plum. In the mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a slightly alcoholic attack however balanced,
good tannins, good body, intense flavors and a pleasing crispness. The
finish is persistent with flavors of raspberry and black cherry. This
Gamay ages for 5-6 months in steel tanks and for one month in bottle. |
