San Mattia Bianco shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and
pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and banana followed
by aromas of tangerine, peach and broom. The mouth has good correspondence
to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent
