Score: |
Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco shows a pale ruby red color and nuances
of ruby red, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas which start with hints of grape, rose and strawberry
followed by aromas of raspberry, cherry, iris, cyclamen, blueberry and
plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and
effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense
flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of
grape, strawberry and cherry. This Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco
ferments in closed tank. |
