Franciacorta Zero shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of plum, bread crust and hazelnut followed by aromas of tangerine, raspberry, hawthorn, yeast, honey, almond and grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, tangerine and hazelnut. Franciacorta Zero referments in bottle on its lees for 60 months.
