Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Dry Rive di Col San Martino La Primavera
di Barbara shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes
intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of green
apple, pear and wistaria followed by aromas of pineapple, tangerine,
hawthorn, broom, pineapple and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, pleasing sweetness. The finish is persistent
with flavors of green apple, pear and pineapple. Valdobbiadene Prosecco
Superiore Dry Rive di Col San Martino La Primavera di Barbara ferments in
closed tank for about 60 days. |
