Grani Rosa di Nero Rosé Brut shows a brilliant pale pink and nuances of pale pink, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of cherry, raspberry and tangerine followed by aromas of strawberry, apple, pear and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and tangerine. Grani Rosa di Nero Rosé Brut ferments in closed tank for 60 days.
