Vermentino di Gallura Bianco Smeraldo shows a brilliant greenish yellow
color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes
intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of pear,
peach and hawthorn followed by aromas of apple, pineapple, broom and
almond. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and
however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The
finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and peach. Vermentino di
Gallura Bianco Smeraldo ages in steel tanks. |
