Sole Uve 2011
(Umbria)
Grechetto
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Sole Uve shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very
transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas
that start with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of
pear, hazelnut, broom, mature peach, honey and hints of vanilla. The mouth
has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is
persistent with flavors of apple, plum and mature peach. A part of Sole Uve
ages in cask for 4 months. |
