Dolcetto d'Alba (Piedmont) Dolcetto d'Alba Pradone shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of purple red, little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of cherry, raspberry and plum followed by aromas of violet, blueberry, strawberry and blackberry. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. Dolcetto d'Alba Pradone ages in steel tanks.
