The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very
transparent. The nose denotes good personality with intense, clean,
elegant and pleasing aromas which start with aromas of hawthorn, apple,
pear and broom followed by aromas of citrus fruits, pineapple, almond,
lemon and peach. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp
and slightly round attack however well balanced, intense flavors, good
body, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, almond
and lemon. Sussurro ages for 4 months in steel tanks and for 3 months in
bottle. |
