This Vermentino shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of pear, pineapple and
peach followed by aromas of apple, broom, chamomile, plum and almond. The
mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of pear, pineapple and peach. This Vermentino ages
in steel tanks. |
