Novè Metodo Classico show an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, raspberry and bread crust followed by aromas of pear, yeast, plum and lemon balm. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and pear. Novè Metodo Classico referments in bottle on its lees for 9 months.
