This Franciacorta Brut shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of banana, pear and bread
crust followed by aromas of apple, acacia, pineapple and yeast. The mouth
has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack,
however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The
finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and plum. This
Franciacorta Brut referments in bottle on its lees for 30 months. |
