Franciacorta Satèn Brut shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of apple, banana and bread crust followed by aromas of acacia, yeast, pear, hazelnut, plum, grapefruit, hawthorn and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and hazelnut. Franciacorta Satèn Brut referments in bottle on its lees for at least 40 months.
