(Lombardy) Rossetti & Scrivani Pinot Nero Metodo Classico Brut shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, raspberry and bread crust followed by aromas of pear, plum, yeast and citrus fruits. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, raspberry and plum. Rossetti & Scrivani Pinot Nero Metodo Classico Brut referments in bottle on its lees for about 24 months.
