Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
This Franciacorta Rosé Brut shows a pale onion skin pink color and nuances
of onion skin pink, transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints
of cherry, apple and bread crust followed by aromas of tangerine, banana,
raspberry, cyclamen, strawberry, plum and yeast. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. This
Franciacorta Rosé Brut referments in bottle on its lees for at least 24
months. |
