White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
This Montefalco Bianco shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, pear and citrus
fruits followed by aromas of hawthorn, plum, hazelnut, broom and mineral.
The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of apple, plum and pear. This Montefalco Bianco
ages for 3 months in steel tanks followed by 3 months of aging in bottle. |
