 Brilliant greenish yellow with nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.
 Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of peach, wistaria and apple followed by aromas of pear, pineapple, broom, tangerine, plum and hawthorn.
 Crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing sweetness.
 Persistent finish with flavors of apple, peach and tangerine.
 Ferments in closed tank for two months.
