Pale straw yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, plum and bread crust followed by aromas of pear, citrus fruits, hawthorn, yeast, broom and almond.

Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and almond.

Referments in bottle on its lees for 48 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Stuffed pasta, Roasted white meat, Roasted fish, Fish soups
