 Pale straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.
 Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of kiwi, pear, citrus fruits, broom, hazelnut, honey, peach and medlar.
 Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.
 Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and hazelnut.
 4 months in steel tanks.

Vino degustato in occasione dell'evento DiWineTaste dedicato a Luigi Maffini.
Bellissimo Fiano, a mio avviso fra i migliori della Campania. Una pulizia straordinaria sia al naso che in bocca, non c'è nulla in questo vino che sia fuori posto.
Naso di rara eleganza e finezza, si trovano tutti i tipici profumi del Fiano e una piacevolissima mineralità. Anche il gusto è stupendo: fresco e con alcol calibrato per un equilibrio perfetto, ha un finale lunghissimo.
Questo Kratos dovrebbe essere preso ad esempio da tantissimi altri vini sul concetto di pulizia e di eleganza, qualità spesso mancanti in molti vini e che vogliono fare passare per qualità degli evidenti difetti. Raramente ho assaggiato un vino bianco così buono e così pulito, dalla vista al gusto. Complimenti a Luigi Maffini per i suoi stupendi vini e anche per tutte le cose interessanti che ci ha raccontato nell'evento DiWineTaste. Bravo!
