Intense straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of plum, apple and hawthorn followed by aromas of ripe pear, banana and almond.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, apple and pear.

Aged in steel tanks, 12 months in bottle.


Alcohol: 12%

Pasta and risotto with vegetables and crustaceans, Sauteed fish, Sauteed white meat
