 Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of apple, plum and pineapple followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom, pear and almond.
 Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense flavors, slight sweetness.
 Persistent finish with flavors of apple, pear and pineapple.
 Produced with the long Charmat method.
