Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of apple, plum and banana followed by aromas of hawthorn, pear and acacia.

Crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.

Pretty persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and pear.

Refermented in closed tank.


Alcohol: 12%

Fish appetizers, Pasta and risotto with fish and crustaceans, Sauteed fish, Dairy products
