Intense ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of cherry, blueberry and plum followed by aromas of raspberry, black currant and cyclamen.

Effervescent and properly tannic attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, blueberry and plum.

Refermented in closed tank.

Alcohol: 13%

Sauteed meat, Stewed meat, Broiled meat and barbecue
