Brilliant amber yellow and nuances of amber yellow, transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of raisin, dried fig and honey followed by aromas of peach jam, caramel, date, dried apricot, vanilla, tobacco, citrus fruit peel, candied fruits, leather, almond and nail polish.

Sweet attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness and crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of raisin, dried fig and honey.

5 years in caratelli, 4 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 14.5%
