Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, banana and hawthorn followed by aromas of pear, broom, hazelnut, honey and vanilla.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, banana and pear.

6 months in barrique, 10 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Pasta with meat, Roasted fish, Roasted white meat, Mushroom soups
