Brilliant ruby red and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, hazelnut and honey followed by aromas of pear jam, hawthorn, ripe apple and iodine. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of plum, hazelnut and honey. 2 months in cement tanks, 4 months in bottle.
