Intense ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum jam, cherry jam and dried violet followed by aromas of blueberry jam, cyclamen, carob and tobacco.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry jam, plum jam and blueberry jam.

Produced with late harvested grapes.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Stuffed pasta, Roasted meat, Stewed meat, Hard cheese
