Ramandolo (Friuli-Venezia Giulia)
Brilliant amber yellow and nuances of amber yellow, transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of raisin, dried fig and chestnut honey followed by aromas of apricot jam, quince jam, peach jam, date, candied fruits, citrus fruit peel, vanilla and nail polish.

Sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of raisin, dried fig and chestnut honey.

Fermented and aged in barrique for 21 months, 6 months in bottle.


Alcohol: 12.5%

Hard and piquant cheese, Dried fruit and jam tarts
