Brilliant ruby red and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of black cherry, raspberry and cyclamen followed by aromas of violet, blueberry, carnation and plum.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, raspberry and blueberry.

6 months in steel tanks, 3 months in bottle.


Alcohol: 13%

Cold cuts, Pasta with meat and mushrooms, Sauteed meat
