Brilliant golden yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of peach, quince and medlar followed by aromas of citrus fruits, pear, hawthorn, linden flower, broom, plum, almond and mineral. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of quince, peach and medlar. 10 months in steel tanks, 14 months in bottle.
