Pale amber yellow and nuances of golden yellow, transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of dried fig, apricot jam and vanilla followed by aromas of candied fruits, citrus fruit peel, honey and date.

Sweet attack and pleasing roundness, however balanced by alcohol good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apricot jam, dried fig and honey.

At least 4 years in cask, at least 6 months in barrique.


Alcohol: 18%

Dried fruit and jam tarts, Confectionery, Cheese
