Intense ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, black cherry and blackberry followed by aromas of violet, blueberry, vanilla, raspberry, tobacco, mace and menthol.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and blackberry.

6 months in steel tanks, 18 month in barrique, at least 6 months in bottle.


Alcohol: 15%

Roasted meat, Stewed meat with mushrooms, Broiled meat and barbecue, Hard cheese
