Brilliant amber yellow and nuances of amber yellow, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of raisin, dried apricot and date followed by aromas of lychee, quince jam, candied fruits, dried fig, honey, citrus fruit peel, almond, lavender, vanilla and nail polish.

Sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of raisin, dried apricot and lychee.

Fermented and aged in cask for 3 months.


Alcohol: 10.5%

Confectionery, Hard and piquant cheese
