 Intense greenish yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.
 Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of pear, wisteria and peach followed by aromas of apple, tangerine, acacia, broom, pineapple and plum.
 Effervescent attack with a pleasing sweetness, however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.
 Persistent finish with flavors of pear, peach and tangerine.
 Fermented in closed tank for 50 days, aged on its lees for 4 months.
