Intense greenish yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, plum and peach followed by aromas of hawthorn, pear, citrus fruits, pineapple, broom, honey, almond and saffron.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and peach.

Part of this wine ages for 12 months in amphora.


Alcohol: 15%

Stuffed pasta with mushrooms, Sauteed white meat, Stewed fish, Mushroom soups
