 Intense ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency.
 Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of plum, blackberry and dried violet followed by aromas of black cherry, carob, cocoa, tobacco, leather, mace, licorice, menthol and vanilla.
 Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.
 Persistent finish with flavors of plum, blackberry and black cherry.
 12 months in barrique, 6 months in cask, 6 months in bottle.
