Brilliant ruby red and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and rose followed by aromas of strawberry, violet and blueberry.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and strawberry.

3 months in steel tanks, 3 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Pasta with meat, Sauteed meat, Roasted fish, Fish soups
