Pale straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of apple, pear and hawthorn followed by aromas of plum, almond and banana.

Crisp attack with a pleasing effervescence, however balanced by alcohol, light body.

Finish of moderate persistence with flavors of apple, pear and almond.

Refermented in closed tank.

Alcohol: 11%

Aperitifs, Crustacean appetizers, Eggs, Dairy products
