Deep ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, blackberry and blueberry followed by aromas of dried violet, black cherry, carob, tobacco and vanilla.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, blackberry and blueberry.

8 months in steel tanks, 2 months in barrique.


Alcohol: 13.5%

Cold cuts, Pasta with meat and mushrooms, Sauteed meat, Stewed meat
