 Intense straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.
 Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of apple, plum and grapefruit followed by aromas of papaya, hawthorn, broom, pear, medlar, butter, hazelnut, thyme, vanilla and mineral.
 Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.
 Persistent finish with flavors of apple, papaya and grapefruit.
 6 months in barrique, 3 months in steel tanks.
