Brilliant golden yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of raisin, artemisia, coriander and orange followed by aromas of quince, mint, grapefruit, ginger, elder flower, peach, black pepper and honey.

Sweet and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of peach, quince, artemisia and grapefruit.

Produced with Erbaluce di Caluso aromatized by maceration with artemisia, yarrow, elder flower, coriander, burning bush, grapefruit, ginger, orange, mint and black pepper.
