Brilliant pale pink and nuances of pale pink, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and tangerine followed by aromas of bread crust, cyclamen, apple, blackberry, grapefruit, hazelnut, plum and yeast.

Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and tangerine.

Refermented in bottle and aged on its lees for at least 36 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Pasta with mushrooms, Roasted fish, Stewed meat with mushrooms, Mushroom soups, Legume soups
