Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of apple, plum and bread crust followed by aromas of hawthorn, grapefruit, tangerine, pear, citron, pineapple, croissant, honey, butter, hazelnut and mineral.

Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and grapefruit.

Refermented in bottle and aged on its lees for at least 50 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Stuffed pasta with mushrooms, Roasted fish, Stewed meat with mushrooms, Legume soups, Mushroom soups
