The wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes good personality with intense, clean, pleasing, refined aromas strongly oriented to a herbaceous character that starts with hints of box, green bell pepper and tomato leaf followed by aromas of elder, sage, pear, peach, pineapple, lemon and pleasing hints of mineral. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, litchi and pear. A well made wine. This Sauvignon Blanc ages for 10 months of which a small part in cask.
