The wine shows an pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow,
very transparent. The nose denotes good personality with intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple and mineral
followed by aromas of hawthorn, jasmine, pineapple, toasted wood,
hazelnut, pear, plum and hints of elder. In the mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however well balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent
with flavors of plum, apple and pear. A well made wine. Part of this Pinot
Grigio ferments in cask and ages for 10 months.
