This wine shows a brilliant golden yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, good perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of hazelnuts and apple followed by aromas of hawthorn, bread crust, honey, pear and grapefruit. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack with a pleasing sweet flavor, however balanced, intense flavors, good body. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple and honey. This sparkling wine is produced with the Charmat method.
