Brilliant golden yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of banana, citron and acacia followed by aromas of hawthorn, apricot, apple, pear, mango, papaya, plum, grapefruit, pineapple, praline, butter, honey, flint and vanilla.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Very persistent finish with long flavors of banana, citron and apricot.

10 months in barrique, 6 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Stuffed pasta with fish, Roasted fish, Roasted white meat, Broiled crustaceans
