Pale greenish yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of pear, peach and wisteria followed by aromas of acacia, broom, pineapple, banana, apple, tangerine and plum.

Pleasing sweet hint attack and effervescent, however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of pear, peach and pineapple.

Produced with the Charmat method.

Alcohol: 11.5%

Aperitifs, Crustacean and vegetable appetizers, Sauteed crustaceans, Dairy products, Eggs
